Many systems can be re-programmed to be monitored by Stephens Electronics . If your system is one that we can re-program & have access to any necessary replacement parts - We will re-program it to our central station at no charge. The only requirement is a two year monitoring agreement at our current rate of $18.00 per month. No re-program or service charge applies! And we will thoroughly inspect all parts of your system while we are there - at no charge!
If your system is one of the types that we do not have programming information or parts available for. Or if we determine that the system is not up to our standards - We will replace it and thoroughly test all parts of your system at no charge, (Includes one First Alert FA148 six zone control panel & one First Alert FA270 keypad). Certain Restrictions apply – call for futher details.
(Our Policy is very simple – if we determine that due to your system's original design, installation, or the unavailability of replacement parts that we can not provide the same high level of service offered our new system customers – we will inform you of this and will gladly provide you with a proposal for bringing your current system up to our standards.)
Of course any components found to be faulty or of low quality must be replaced in order to qualify for this offer. However all testing & system inspection will be performed at no charge & a written proposal made before any replacement is performed. This guarantees that you will not incur any charges that you do not approve beforehand!
